Snapped this pic outside this morning of lingering waterdrops, yet to evaporate in the Florida heat. Going to nature inspires me. We can experience peace I think when we still our soul to drink in the gentle sounds and smells of nature. It allows us a sense of gratitude as we marvel at the seemingly quiet way a plant grows and sustains it's life. What it says to me is that the plant is being refreshed.
Makes me think of Proverbs 11:25. The generous soul will prosper, and he who refreshes others will himself be refreshed. When we give into others lives there is a reciprocal process in action. It is a law of human nature that when you give kindness, somehow it seems to come back into your own lap. There is a feeling of satisfaction that comes from letting go of our own wants to help someone that might be in need.
We all have certain gifts and abilities that are as unique as the moment of this pic. Don't let the moment evaporate under the heat or stress of your daily schedule. You should go, instead of finding excuses to postpone it for later. Seize the moment, seize the day, Carpe diem! Kudos to you as you become someone's waterdrop!
