The Pandemic Puzzle

So I am doing something that I don't typically do. Puzzles! It's crazy what quarantines will do to motivate the mind out of boredom. How does one get excited over finding a frog face on little pieces of cardboard? Now this frog face just happened to be hidden in a sea of camouflaged trees, but still, it's mind boggling how an hour can quickly pass as you are surveying numerous shapes and colors to find that "perfect piece."

In our rush, rush society perhaps it's good to make us slow down our pace of life. With technology screaming at us from phone, laptop, and the scads of mediapps now available. Gee who lacks for things to occupy the mind? What did we do before we had all this wealth of knowledge! Maybe worry a little less! LOL

The pandemic I think has taught us all to slow down, catch our breath, and realize some of the simple things of life. Sitting outside and just listening to nature sounds, or even car sounds in a busy neighborhood. I've met more of my neighbors during this last season too as a result of being outside more, and that's been a good thing.

I hope you try something new this month, maybe even tomorrow. Venture out of your comfort zone. Take advantage of quiet places and spaces, even it's your own front porch or covered door step. Feel the sunshine on your skin when you can and talk to God. He loves us all so much. His paths are the best and ultimately lead to peace. I surely need a nature break after working on this puzzle!

My husband and son are all working on the 500 piece puzzle. We all seem to get only several pieces a day. Not sure if I want to know what that says about our logic skills, but anyway it does show tenacity! The bigger picture will finally emerge maybe in about another week or so and I'll post the final product. Until then know that life with all it's ups and downs, twists and turns, starts and unplanned stops, has an ultimate picture shaping for the good. One of my favorite scriptures, especially during times of crisis is that God works all things together for our good to those who love him and are called according to his purpose. Romans 8:28.

If you don't know him well even to say that you love him, email me and we'll chat. It can be a life-changing journey for the good and one that you will never regret. Blessings and Kudos to you and yours! Keep pursuing your journey. You are loved.
