Christmas is a time of celebrating our faith, family and friends. It gives us the opportunity to take time to slow down from our hurried schedules and reflect on the true meaning of the holiday. Why do we celebrate with gift giving? Because God gave us his best gift by sending his son Jesus to come to earth. This gift is God's love to the world.
Not only did Jesus bring light and hope to our world, he also gave us the hope of eternal life. Those that confess their sins, believe him to forgive them and acknowledge him as Lord will be saved from eternal darkness. When Jesus returns those that know him will be caught up to be with him forever in heaven! It is called the return of Jesus! Are you ready?
My kudos to you today is to allow this Christmas season to speak to you in the immaculate birth of God's son the holy gift of God's love and forgiveness. Thank him for giving you the greatest gift and serve him with your life. It will change your perspective to look up and remember heaven. None of us is guaranteed an exact number of days here on this earth. So be ready to know your future is secure for eternity! Keep looking up, Jesus is coming soon!
